I get asked almost daily about the products and resources that have helped me along my anxiety healing journey. That’s why I believe this page will be helpful to those of you looking to quickly find solutions that you can trust. These products are all things I have tried and use myself. I do get a small commission from some of the products you see here at no extra cost to you. I only link to products I have personally used and support and if you do purchase through these links you have my sincere and heartfelt thanks! Hope you enjoy the products as much I do.

Your anxiety can be caused by trauma. The Completion Process by Teal Swan, is the most incredible step-by-step guide to help you heal the wounds that scarred you from traumatic events. I have used this process a lot and I believe it is one of the best healing techniques that you can do on your own. Teal is a wonderful healer and teacher and I highly recommend all her work! At the heart of anxiety are negative thought patterns. But if we continue to think negative thoughts, we can't expect to heal from an anxiety disorder. Louise Hay’s Book You Can Heal Your Life helped me to change my thinking in a more positive way. Louise writes simply, lovingly, and beautifully, and if you asked me what is my number one book that I'd recommend for anxiety relief, it would have to be this one! Click here

Studies show that nutritional deficiencies are common among people with anxiety disorders. Taking a daily multivitamin is highly beneficial for managing anxiety. My Kind Organics Women’s Once Daily is a certified organic multivitamin that is vegan, gluten-free, non-GMO, verified whole food multivitamin with NO synthetic binders or fillers. Click here

Magnesium deficiency can trigger common anxiety symptoms, and according to research this vital mineral is often lacking in anxiety sufferers.

So, this supplement - in my opinion - is essential if you want to manage anxiety. But although there are various magnesium supplements on the market, your body will struggle to absorb most of these.

That's why the only magnesium supplement I use and recommend is magnesium chloride powder (food, pharmaceutical or oral grade).

Magnesium chloride is easily absorbed orally and used to treat heartburn, constipation, and low magnesium levels

I must warn you it tastes bitter. But if you want the best and the most effective magnesium supplement, then this is it! Also, I can be difficult to get your hands on this type of supplement, as it's often sold out. So, make sure you bulk buy when its available.  Click here to buy on Amazon

Chamomile tea is calming, soothing, and tasty, plus it's one of the most effective anti-anxiety drinks. Studies show that chamomile has many health benefits for people struggling with anxiety and sleep. Sip on chamomile tea before bed but be sure to buy loose chamomile flowers for optimal health benefits.  Click here

Yoga is one of the most effective anxiety management techniques. But you can’t get into yoga without the right yoga mat. I have tried and tested many different ones. For me, the best yoga mats are made from natural rubber because they are eco-friendly and non-slip. I have the Tiggar Yoga Mat made from biodegradable, 100% natural tree rubber with non-toxic foaming agents and non-AZO dyes. Click here

Anxiety makes us tense, tight, and less flexible. Improve your flexibility and release muscle tension with a yoga strap. Gaiam Yoga Strap has an adjustable metal D-ring buckle loop. Click here

Writing down your thoughts, worries, and emotions, in an anxiety journal can help you relieve some of your emotional pain, but also allow you to identify the changes you need to make to improve your mental health. Although you can write things down on any piece of paper, you're more likely to make journaling a habit if you have a notepad that you actually like!  Here is one of my favorites! Click here
